Meet Our Chef
Jimmy Lafrenière, Cordon Bleu Chef, has been in the hospitality industry at many levels, including Hotels, restaurants, Resorts, University and personal Chef for international celebrities. Highlights in his career have included Chateau Montebello, Chateau Laurier, Club Med Turks & Caicos, Playboy Mansion West, Beverly Hills. His love of people and travelling have always driven him to explore flavours & different cultures. Jimmy always loved waffles and wanted to connect directly with his customers and share his passion for food and gardening. You can feel his vibe at his food truck & admire his colourful plants, flowers and fun music!
